Ellenis Day Spas are built on a foundation of absolute service, integrity and value. We pride ourselves in giving

every guest world class service and professionalism as well as ensuring the highest ethical and clinical standards are maintained and exceeded.


If for any reason you are not happy with your spa treatment, the attending Clinician is authorised to immediately resolve your concern. In relation to the professional products we sell, Ellenis provides a total satisfaction guarantee.

Put simply, if you don’t believe the product has performed, then we will immediately offer a replacement or a full refund even delivering the replacement product to your door if you wish!

 


 

Cancellations & Booking Refunds

Ellenis provides a full refund for pre-paid treatments or deposits if a cancellation is advised at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Bookings during weekends or peak periods may be required to be secured with a deposit or credit card.

 


 

Gift Vouchers

Ellenis gift vouchers are fully flexible and do not have an expiry date. Our vouchers are sought-after gifts and we always honour the voucher, irrespective of how much time has past. For security, even when using PayPal, on line purchase of e-vouchers are sent via a separate secure system. Vouchers are despatched daily.

 


 

Professional Standards

Ellenis Day Spas only employ fully qualified, experienced and accredited Clinicans.

All staff, including the spa owners, undergo regular competency based training and are required to undertake continuous professional development with our supplier partners.

 

As a professional services employer, Ellenis Day Spas honours award specified penalty rate agreements for out of hours work and as such some services may attract a surcharge for Sundays and Public Holidays.

 

Ellenis works closely with a number of tertiary education providers and from to time, our spas host final year interns who work under the close supervision of the Spa's Senior Clinicians.

 


 

Giving Back

Ellenis Day Spas have a philosophy of giving and support many local charities and organisations. We also encourage others to support the work done by organisations such as the Qantas Cabin Crew Team and the 'Walk in Her Shoes' Program both of which give practical help and hope to children in developing areas. Requests for support or sponsorship of local charities and groups should be sent via email to service@ellenis.com.au  As our focus is on providing the best possible attention to our guests and clients, Ellenis Day Spas are unable to accept telephone solicitations.
